Good luck, I'm in the samish situation (2 outbids, 1 offer pending, lost two houses for rentals). Can't rent, can't buy!

dilemma - if you love the house that has just come back on the market why don't you ring up & offer now? That's what happened to us - we offered on ahosue last June but didn't get it as the OP were in rented (we had a small chain as our buyers are first time buyers). Anyway the house came back on the market 2 weeks ago & the EA rang me up that day & I offered & got them to take it off the market. I am sooooo excited!!!!
