We are thinking of having a ton of work done and will need an architect to do plans and project manage. Any reccs? Or anyone we should stay away from?

I can recommend Famella as builders. They don't have a website but they're in Broxbourne, sure you'll find them.

And Brendan Woods, architect who is London but works all over.
