Has anyone offered an EA who is acting for a Vendor an incentive to get them the house? We haven't but I have heard that some people offer on a house & say to the EA that if you get us this house we will give you X% of the asking/sale price. Seems rather underhand if 708ask me (& possible illegal) but I am sure it goes on.
