Garage door broken - not sure what sort of person I need to look at it - help!!

Well thats it really. I think the spring at one one side of it is bust. No idea whether we'd need a new door or just a new spring. I know nothing about garage doors!

Its too heavy to open without the support of the spring (especially for me at 29 wks pg!) and we keep the buggy in there which is a pain.

Who on earth do I call about this. Is it a general handyperson job?

look in Thomson local online for garage door sales - they usually fix as well - we claimed on our house insurance when our door broke - might be worth a call to see if you are covered and if you are they will probably arrange for their preferred repair company to repair or replace it.
