We are going to view a house this w/e & bedroom 3 is 10'3" x 8'9", which would be a kids bedroom when we get round to having baby #2 - do you think this room is big enough? I would love to have a playroom for my children but this house has a sitting room of 17'0" x 11'9" & a kitchen/diner of 23'2" x 18'2" which is big enough to have a designated area for a kids space. What do you think? Thanks
