We've got a painter coming round tonight to give us a quote for painting our bottom hall, stairway and upper hall (its a double height ceiling or we'd be doing it ourselves!). We also want him to do the woodwork for the whole house (average sixed 4 bed detached house - 10 internal doors needing done, all skirting etc).
We've always done any decorating ourselves and so don't have a clue what to expect price wise - any ideas? So far our guesses have ranged between £250 and £2500!!!
