Does anyone know what the rental prices are like in London now?

If I were to look for a new tenant for our 3 bed end of terrace in SW15, how much would we realistically get?

Our current tenant is looking for a price reduction on rent. She says 1400 is more realistic for the area. She is currently paying 1650, as negotiated prior to her tenancy commencing in June 08.

Any advice?

Take a look on Primelocation.com - they currently have 17 3/4-bed houses in SW15 for £1500/month or less, so she may have a point. £1600 would get you a 3 bed in Fulham now.
