should i put a bed in the third bedroom to sell the house?

The estate agent has advised me to get a single bed for the third bedroom or just get boxes and plaster board with a duvet on so it looks like a bed.
I think it looks more spacious without.
what would you all advise?
My room is big and has a double bed, the next room is big and has my ds's cot
third room is what I would call a box room and would fit a single bed in.

I bought a cheap double bed for ikea as in my rented property I couldn't fit my huge bed

You have to buy two single slatted bases and the mattress (maybe get one from freecycle) but it was the bargain of the century. It's a very comfortable bed too, I am so pleased with it! It comes apart so you can use it in your new house!

DP has a toyota yaris, a small car, he went and collected it on his own and it fitted in the car. I don't remember now the cost of slats, perhaps two for £15? It is explained in shop.

The only thing is that it's a bit bigger than a double so my double mattress is a bit smaller but it's so comfy (have history of back acke so I'm fussy). We got the mattress from elsewhere as I wanted a top quality one but maybe if you want perfect fit, look in ikea or get one from freecyle and freecycle it again before you move!

When I move, I will paint it or stain it - as it's pine. I had guests sleeping on it too, they all liked it for comfort. It's very cheap.

Well, although I don't need to sell a house, this topic gives me to think something about... would never thought that everyone is so happy to see a double bed in rooms Ok I will not argue!
