I have sold!

That is to say we have accepted an offer.

After 18 months on the market, we redecorated the whole house, put a new door on and dropped the price to what we paid for it and now we can move on.

Yay!

Congrats, now you can stop keeping it tidy all the time! Fingers crossed that it all goes well.

Congrats - have you got somewhere else to go to?

It was on for £235 18 months ago and we had offer for £225 which we accepted but then those buyers couldn't sell their own house.

Over the past 12 months we dropped price to £225 and then £215 (would have accepted offers) as prices dropped. Then 6 weeks ago we changed agent, did the tarting up and put on at £205, accepted £195.
