Repro Victorian Fireplace Showrooms/supplier West Yorks

Hello. We want a repro Victorian tiled fire surround for a real coal fire and are stuggling to find places that sell these as opposed to contemporary fires. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

they are not hard to get hold of here (Devon) - there are various 'architectural salvage' specialists (!) around the place - I would have thought that you'd have some up there too. NB now they've got this upmarket name, they charge £300 upwards for a repro fireplace and £500 and upwards for an antique one.

I don't think there is any other way of making a Victorian room look right. Certainly modern fireplaces don't work. But if it's not actually a Victorian house, why bother?
