Old fashioned cast iron radiators - white or very dark greeny/grey?

Period house 1800s
Tall town house
Open fires

I have mine painted a gold/bronze colour in the sittingroom, diningroom and study. Black in the bathroom, kitchen and hall.

I definately wouldn't go for white.
