Anyone used Connells Estate agents ?

They have quoted the highest valuation for our house out of 3 agents, but I think they have overvalued. Has anyone used them and what was your experience ? Thanks

I bought a flat through them 20 years ago, and they were fine.

We used them ages ago (can't remember whether to buy from or to sell thou), We have just had our house valued (two local agents) and went with the one who gave the lower valuation, BUT asked him to market it initially at the the higher valuation which he was happy to do..
