Need a feature wall in my craft room, any suggestions to which colour?

3 walls are cream, fourth wall I want a strong colour. Thought about red, DH not so sure.

Window covering will be a dark brown venetian blind (think its a kind of material one - bought it over a year ago, so cant quite remember!)

So has anyone got any suggestions?

you could match the brown of the venetian blind.

depends how creamy the cream is but you could consider pink, navy or black but not these would go with your venetian blind.

Its quite a light cream, not as dark as magnolia. IYKWIM.

DH suggested brown, but to be honest I wanted a loud colour. hmm! I will have to go back to the drawing board.

I did see a nice wall paper, that was mainly brown with a bit of cream and red in it. It was lovely, trouble is I can't wall paper to save my life and thats why I am painting!

How about teal, turquoise or duck egg blue?

Oh and what exactly is a craft room? I am having an extension built should I consider having one?

I have a craft room to put all my craft stuff in, I do a lot of scrap booking and card making, DH thought if he handed over the study to me then I would keep my stash out of the living room. Well its nearly working! Now I have just got into beading - have made 3 bracelets this week, on my 4th at the moment!
