Thankfully not that kind of flashing, wouldn't want to frighten the birds away!
We've got a Victorian property (18 months in...), the end roof above the kitchen/bathroom joins to the lower back bedroom wall. It hasn't got any flashing, but the mortar's now aged sufficiently to start leaking so we have a bucket in the kitchen, not a good look. We also have a loose bit of flashing on a chimney breast to be sorted.
Have any of you had flashing repair work done, new flashing installed? What kind of prices were you quoted? Our first one in is ca £260; we don't know if this is reasonable, got peeps coming out Thurs/Fri to have look/quote.
Thank you
