We've seen a house that is being sold as an industrial plot because it's got a whopping old garage behind the house <bizarre because the house is rather nice in it's own righ>. We would be interested in buying the house and flattening the garage - however the details say that the garage roof is part-asbestos. Is this a monumental project?
