Background: Put house on the market 18 months ago. Then Northern Rock happened and I suppose we have been slow to react to the market as we assummed we would get a low offer and accept it but nada...

So, we have remarketed our house after reducing the price to the lowest we can go. Redecorating the hall/stairs/landing/kitchen/utility and having new front and back door and a few other DIY jobs done to smarten the place up.

I've got 3 viewings tomorrow so fingers crossed folks
