Bedroom sizes & Amtico

We are planning to view a house that has a big master bedroom but bedroom 2 is 12'2"x7'10", bedroom 3 is 9'x8'4" & bedroom 4 is 12'1x6'2". Do you think bedrooms 2 & 3 are big enough for kid rooms? We would probably use bedroom 4 as a study/somewhere to dry washing. The living space is fab but I am rather disappointed at the sixe of the 3 smaller bedrooms. What do you think?

Also, what is Amtico like? They have it in the recentkly refitted kitchen & all the bathrooms.

Thanks

Amtico is posh lino - good quality stuff.

Rooms are slightly odd shapes but should be fine with single beds. It depends where doors/windows/radiators are how easy it will be to get wardrobes and desks etc in.

Amtico is a synthetic flooring which looks very nice (like wood), is quite expensive(about £40m2) and wears really well. It is also very fashionable at the moment.

Bedrooms sound long but narrow - ok for kids but up to you really.

Oh, it can look like tiles too. Stick Amtico flooring in google and then click images and you will see loads of photos.

well depends whether you like lino/fake look really, not my choice but there we are.

bedroom 2 and 3 are on the small side but then realistically how much time do you spend in your bedroom.

bedroom 4 is too small for a bedroom but if it is next to 2 or 3 perhaps you could knock through or have another bathroom?
