if there is a one bed apartment, with average sized rooms, no off road parking, being advertised at 80k, what would you expect a two bedroom house with slightly larger rooms, driveway for two cars, plus front and back gardents, to be valued at?

we had our house on the market last year and we advised to drop it to 80k being told we'd be lucky if we got over 75k. So I am laughing at the prices of the apartments at the end of my street.

100k-125k for the house, assuming it's a semi not a terrace house.
