how much roughly is it to have someone else pack up a 3 bed property in london to move??

we have 2 little ones i cannot face the packing nightmare ahead and thinking of getting a removals company that does the packing for you but just wondering around how much it would be?

also any recommendations?? we're in north london

I'm in north London and think that we paid about 1,500 pounds for; pack up of large top floor 3 bed flat, move to other part of London and unpack.

Cost more because of all the stairs and pack and unpack within the day. But boy was it worth it.

If you are getting a removals firm anyway then IIRC it is only very slightly more for them to do the packing (this is because (a) it doesn't actually take them very long and (b) they prefer moving stuff they've packed as they know it's been done properly).
