Cake pillars/ stands?

We'll be worshipping Demeter because we like the nature focus and also I'm rather fond of pomegranites

In that case you'll be needing the friendly supermarket, the corrugated cardboard sloshed with creamy emulsion fashioned into pillars, and a great big feck-off box with pillar size circles cut from the underside for you to slip your reinforced pillars into.

As for the steps and the triangle bit on top, and the friezes and the pomegranates ... you're on your own...

Will you be leaving sacrifices? We had to sacrifice biscuits to Athena for weeks when DS was doing the Greeks...

Bits of downpipes/any other plumbing pipe - for some reason we always seem to have random bits of those kicking around (DH is not a plumber but apparently knows as much ). They would be just the job, and are paintable - but you are then talking big scale.
