Moving a downstairs WC - anyone got any idea of cost?

Title says it all really, anyone got any idea how much to move a downstairs loo? Looking to move it from a utility room to under the stairs, just the other side of the kitchen which is about 8 ft wide.

DH and DS1 say ££££ (100s).

Depends on your plumbing and the layout. It is an awful lot of work to sort out the plumbing (waste out) side of things, unless you go for the small bore Saniflo system which apparently has to be put in by someone who knows what they are doing.

General consensus from the elvis household is don't do it

Thanks elvis, but I think we are going to have to do it. The current loo is in the weirdest position, has no door and doesn't comply with building regs. This is on a house we want to buy but this is the only negative. We have a budget of up to £1000 to do it, and I wondered if it was possible to route the waste pipe under the floor to the current drainage site as there is a drop of a couple of feet between the 2 locations.
