Any idea about rough prices for plastering? Walls crumbiling down in house we like

Its a big house. 4000 square foot. Just want to know roughly what hacking back and re-plastering costs to know if its just way out of our league.

I think you will be looking a several housand - 4,000 sq ft is a big house and if it all needs a full plaster (rather than just skimming) allow about £500 for each room.

I agree with lala, although you may be able to get a good deal if they are doing loads of rooms instead of just one.
