Recommend an estate agent in Essex?

My flat has been on the market for a month, with an agent I will not name (but company sounds like an important bodily organ... )

They are beyond useless and I long to ditch them. Has anyone had a good experience with a company that they can recommend to me?

I think its important to make sure the EA covers a fairly wide area, or have links with other agents.

Unfortunately, there are so many flats for sale I think the market is saturated.

I think you might be right but our agent is definitely rubbish anyway.

It's a large chain with good coverage, but they're not putting the effort in and priced it wrong.

I think we need a smaller, independent agent, but on Rightmove.
