I have one of those three spotlight in my basement with three heads. The halogen bulbs are closely fitted into the heads so you can hardly any space for your finger to pull the bulb out. All three of them are dead and I'm trying to replace them with new bulbs. I have already tried to take one out and have managed to break the old bulb..so now the plastic bit on the bottom of the old bulb is stuck inside and won't come out either (tried pliers, husband, everything) . Can anybody help me??? Even if I get this one out, I don't know how to get the others out because they don't seem to budge at all!!! Is this normal..??
