Need advice re complaining about new property being built on a farmers field!

Am a bit baffled by all the green field/brown field stuff and I want to farking complain dammit

the houses will overlook my private back of house and garden too

Has it got planning permission ?
Surely that the time to complain...?

well, if a farmer chooses to sell his land to property developers that's up to him isn't it?

who are you goign to complain to? local council?

sorry i wasn't clear - its an application for planning permission

If the application for planning permission has gone in, then you can contact the council to ask them how you should put in your objection - they'll be able to tell you if they want a form, or just a letter or what. If the houses are going to overlook your windows and garden, then that's grounds for objecting, though I don't think it automatically means they wont get permission.
