I saw somebody posted details of their house on here and I would like to do similar. I live in a very expensive area so please do not feint when you see the price! Do you think it looks OK? my home

I think the second set of photos are better - but actually the first lot looked fine to me too! To be honest I would not be swayed by a vase of flowers on the table or patio furniture - they won't be there when the buyers move in! For me the important thing is the floor plan, photos can be deceptive as I know from my own flat which is on the market right now and looks amazing in the photos but is actually quite small and ordinary in RL!! good luck

Please tell me what you did with all your junk! Did you move it out of each room for the photo and then chuck it all back afterwards?

i'm glad there is a floorplan but tbh a lot of people just ignore it & the room dimensions & come along thinking the 2nd bedroom is a double. Huh?
When we have viewings we take half of DS toys & store them in the car - we have to try & make theh house look as big as possible!!

We have received an offer today - it is from a 1st viewing DH did on Saturday! It is a good offer too, just £10 below asking price Have yet to hear back from the couple who came for the 2nd viewing & another client as well. Feels unreal

Obviously that should read £10k not £10!
