We have our first viewing tomorrow, extremely nervous of course this is the first time we have been in this situation, apart from making sure it clean and tidy etc any advice? www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-21739228.html?locationIdentifier=OUTCODE%5E1615&maxPr ice=190000&pageNumber=1&backToListURL=%2Fproperty-for-sale%2Ffind.html%3FsearchType%3DSALE%26locatio nIdentifier%3DOUTCODE%255E1615%26radius%3D0.0%26displayPropertyType%3D%26minBedrooms%3D%26maxBedroom s%3D%26minPrice%3D%26maxPrice%3D190000%26maxDaysSinceAdded%3D%26retirement%3D%26partBuyPartRent%3Dfa lse%26_includeSSTC%3Don%26x%3D61%26y%3D16%26sortByPriceDescending%3D%26primaryDisplayPropertyType%3D %26secondaryDisplayPropertyType%3D%26oldDisplayPropertyType%3D%26oldPrimaryDisplayPropertyType%3D%26 oldSecondaryDisplayPropertyType%3D%26newHome%3D%26auction%3Dfalse

Hi Pinkranger. It looks immaculate and definitely "moveinable", good layout etc. As others have said, only thing is bin and pretty pot by front door to make look as good on the outside as does on the inside. Good luck!

ickletickle · 10/04/2009 08:39

very nice. might think about moving the childrens table in the dining room and child gates (just to make it flow better).

ditto re bathmat and is your shower curtain clean/poss a new one?

Gorionine · 10/04/2009 08:51

I think your house look fantastic!

I am just wondering why people ask for personal things (pictures) or things that makes a house a "normal "one IMO (baby gate, toilet brush) out? Surely every household ownes one anyway? I think it is important that the house is clean and tidy and yours certainly is that, but it also needs to look like you can actually "live"in it and those personal touches do it for me.

LIZS · 10/04/2009 11:00

Very neat although I suspect some of the photos don't do it justice (bedroom quite dark and roof looks suspiciously shadowy) agree you should be able to walk round the dining table and remove the babygate

ThePellyandMe · 10/04/2009 11:06

It's a lovely house.

Definitely move the baby gates, I think that would make it flow better and make it seem more open plan IYSWIM.
