help needed with car please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

just gone to my heap of s**t car and it wont start. makes absolutely no noise when i turn the key, not a sausage!
any ideas on why? all suggestions gratefully received

Probably the battery - any chance you've left the lights on by mistake? If so you could be able to charge the battery back up again. But batteries just give up after a while so you may need to get a replacement battery. About £50 - £60 ish I think.

yeah prob just the battery in which case its not too expensive and could happen to any car so dont be too hard on it lol

gonna jump start it this morning when dp gets home from work. think its the battery like you say, found my boot had been left open, so think that the light in the boot had come on, drained the battery. fingers crossed
if jumping it solves it i will love my car again
