If we tile first , and then decide to replace worktops, will it mean having to retile ?

giving kitchen a bit of a revamp, replacing the old windows with UVPVC, getting some lovely blinds and have had a quote to replace thte tpos. we also need to tile

but if tiling makes it look better, we can save a lot on not doing work tops?!?

you should be able to take the worktops off without disturbing the tiles

do your worktops need replacing?
changing the tiles and painting the walls and adding new accessories might be enough to revamp without the hassle of new worktops

thanks purepurple..

worktops don;t need replacing

we had a table area built in last year, in a black granite effect, with goldish flecks, and the worktop next to it was changed too.. then the rest is a kind of light pear wood.

was thinking of changing all the work tops to the granite effect stuff

i do think though, like you say, the new windows, blinds and tiles will be enough to revamp
