Is it quarterly?

Just wondering as keen to know what 2 more or less identical houses sold for over the last 2 months!

i would ring the estate agent and say you have an identical property you thinking of selling and how much did it go for... blag it....

It depends when the solicitor gets round to registering the sale. It can take months in my experience.

www.houseprices.co.uk published january prices

istn it just a month if you go through land registry?

lalalonglegs · 12/03/2009 16:28

It used to be three months but it may have sped up a bit now that there are fewer transactions to enter.

It depends on the solicitor I think. I moved into my house in 2007 and there are still some of my neighbours not registered.... (all new builds)
