Just goes to show a house is only worth what you're willing to pay, even in this climate!

And if there are different charges on the house make sure your solicitor is red hot about knowing they've all been removed otherwise than can result in bailifts turning up on your doorstep, not able to do anything but unpleasant none the less.

Didn't get it at asking so have gone £10k over but am not holding my breath.

You are stark raving mad woman, Halifax have just announced another 2.5% drop and you are throwing money down the drain.
I hope to god other people aren't as daft or else we're all up the creek.

Sorrento the house is worth much much more (IMO) so I don't see what the problem is?
