well in my area alot of new builds are on hold

probably the same everywhere but if you are looking to buy it will be good time to get a new ish bargain

There are the odd 1 or 2 at the moment, might have to go out there either tomorrow or next weekend and have a nose.

Yip we are the same only bought it in Oct 07 and have already lost £40k on it.

Sorry I'm a bit late on this. I just drove round the new bit of Ely. Cathedral View is still developing, also Bishopgate and I saw a new build sign for Bishops Place, so I guess that might be checking out.

There was also a small development called "Little London", of townhouses

Little London is on Lynn Rd near the centre of Ely and is about 10 min walk to the centre. I think they're all on with David Clarke agents. There is a mixture of house sizes.

I think they are still building on the way out towards Queen Adelaide.
