I know we need to get a proper quote and all that, but let's say one room, approx 2 metres by 3 metres.

Do you get the whole floor done? Part of it will be under a sofa and under kitchen units. Seems a bit mad to heat them up.

do you mean electric pad or the wet system linked in to your central heating? we use the electric pad system for clients quite a lot and it seems to work ok for them. Its not too expensive.

I guess the kind of thing i've seen on telly is an electric pad rather than pipes full of water. Is that what you mean?
