Yes - the estate agents tried to tell me to go with the firm they use muttering some reason about how long it would take using another! The sneaky toads!

Thanks for that herbie - how did your Dad choose which one to use and how long did it take?

I got one for £180 using a shady internet firm. But it appears to be ok, and only took a week
