Seriously

Nuts! Can only assume one agent is targeting the suckers with more money than sense!

Of course we now need to see the house!

eNABlemetobebetter · 01/02/2009 12:53

Actually a house for £759, I don't care where it is. I will have it.

PortAndLemon · 01/02/2009 12:55

Well the house is lovely from the outside but so flouncy and floral on the inside plus being that close to the river / canal it is likely to flood at some point. And what a huge difference in price too!

fishnet · 01/02/2009 13:04

Definitely the same LIZS. I know it well since have my eye on the house next door.

The first one shows it furnished, wonder if agent has just never botehred to review the price

fishnet · 01/02/2009 13:07

Maybe Tinker but they are actively marketing it at that price. It was in a recent edition of Country Life and I nearly choked on my coffee when I saw it.

Oh dear.

fishnet · 01/02/2009 13:11

Or maybe Country Living?? Isn't Country Life butter?? Don't know - was in waiting room at the time. Anyway...
