has anyone ever used a company that says it will buy your property quickly?

any comments?

in the speil on the website it says current market value(but is it just them that gets it valued or can we get independent as well? and agree value?

They pay well udne rmarket rate, which is subjective anyway. I'd get at least 3 EA valuations before even approaching such a company. Remember they are in it to make a profit, in a falling market , so need to buffer themselevs

You'd get more selling through an estate agent, these companies will give you less because they are willing to buy quickly. They prey on desperate people .

If you need to sell but not because of money problems then go through an estate agent, if you can't pay the mortgage try to negotiate with your bank and get advice from the Citizens advice bureau.
