Roger Oates Floor Runners

I'm looking for some new flooring for my hall and stairs and would like a traditional runner.

I really like this range but it is very very expensive. Does anybody have this and would you say it was worth the extra money.

Or can anyone suggest an alternative.

Thanks

I was going to suggest a company called Ollerton Hall where we got our coir from, but they don't seem to do a strip stair runner.

these do though

this company do lovely stuff not sure about the price

wombleprincess · 18/01/2009 22:03

i have a runner with edging from these people www.alternativeflooring.com/ expensive but looks fabulous so definitely worth the money.

a cheaper alternative may be to choose a normal carpet and ask the carpet shop to make it into a runner and whip the sides for you.

Crucial Trading as linked to by Goat are cheaper.
And yes Alt Flooring has a lovely range...
Have seen Roger Oates samples and was a little disappointed, they felt a bit rough and not very luxurious IMO.
Did you want patterned or plain?
