Channel 4's The Home Show

I know this may be a long shot, but does anybody know anyone who appeared on last years series?
We've applied for the next series and after a couple of phone calls it seems we may be of interest. However, we wanted to do a double extension but because of the time frame thay can only do a single storey extension.
Now we don't know what to do and I was just wondering if any of last years families faced a similar dilema?

I wouldn't let a TV show dictate what building work I did to my home.

Can they achieve waht you want with a single storey? Doesn't he have to move in with you and work it all out?

Yes PM that's the one. He moves in for 24 hrs (he's quite sexy actaully, not that that's clouding my judgement)
We did want an extra bedroom, and bathroom but we were going to build it and leave it as a shell for a while.Well a few years really. So my thought was to see waht they could do and if need be do the 2nd storey in a few years.

Yes but he'll paint your entire house white first including the bloody carpet!!! He's a bit highly strung.
