ok, please please can someone give me some advice.
Flat on the market for £375k, has been on the market for 7 months. Was originally on for £450k (as advised by several estate agents), then brought it down to 399, and now to 375.
Had 3 offers in total. 1 we refused as too low months ago, 1 fell through and now this one.
They've offered £310k, we said (in hindsight probably shouldn't have) to cut the crap that the very lowest we would accept is £330. They have now come back with £320k. We said make it £325 and you have a deal. They said no, it's £320. Do we call their bluff and say we've brought it down enough, £325 or no deal (and risk losing the buyer - she is v keen as saw it twice in 3 days, and put an offer in the next working day - hasn't even seen it in the daytime , but her dad is doing the negotiating). Or do we take £320?

i would take the money offered, v.hard to get a sale at the moment, but i suppose its how much you need to sell.
