How much would you offer for a Timeshare?

We already have a timeshare week but just paid the asking price. We are after another week at the same resort (in Scotland) but have realised that you can actually put an offer in.

So, the week we want was £2999 but reduced to £1999 in November, do you think we should put in a cheeky offer given the current state of play of the housing market/credit crunch etc and if so, how low do you think would be acceptable to go?

Why not put in an offer? Valuations are not a science, they are down to negotiation - there is nothing carved in stone to say that it is definitely worth X. Try £1500.

That's the kind of offer I was thinking of LaLa. Will discuss with dh tonight. Thank you
