I had to send an email / fill in a form to report that I hadn't received mine and my mum's. Got a response pretty quickly along the lines of:
Thank you for your enquiry.
I have checked with WorldPay and although your card was authorised, no payment was actually taken for the attempted download for Xxxx Road.
However, you have been charged for the download of Xxxx Road, and this has been attached to this email, with our compliments.
If there is any third party software running on your PC/Mac, this may result in problems when downloading your PDF file. Software such as anti-pop-up, anti-virus and/or firewalls may be set up in such a way that they prevent your files from being downloaded. We recommend that you check the settings of any third party software programmes to ensure that they do not conflict with your download.

Alternatively, if you are using the service in a work environment, there may be internal restrictions imposed by your IT department on your server or PC/Mac that will not allow you to download PDF files from the internet.
