White Gloss that doesn't turn a horrid shade of creamy yellow over time?

It must exist.

I've gone to the trouble of stripping our skirting boards and staining them, but the windows and frames, radiators and door frames are too tricky to bother with.

Why does gloss end up creamy yellow so quickly, is there a magic solution?

I now use satin wood stuff - it stays white.

I think water based paint stays whiter than oil based.
