Covers for dining chairs?

We bought a new dining room table ....and now can't afford new chairs! I was hoping to get some loose covers for our old chairs-the chairs are old fashioned and a bit like this:
Don't know if I have made this link properly!! Any ideas where to get some loose covers for chairs like these??....

Seem to remember the backbone of Changing Rooms was removing upholstered parts of chairs, stretching fabric over and stapling into place. Might be worth a try.
