Has anyone got a bamboo kitchen worktop?

No, but have bamboo floor in both bathrooms and absolutely love it. Hardwearing, eco friendly, beautiful. Would love a kitchen top in same!

Yep we have one - everyone always comments about how good it looks but tbh don't know if I would get one again. They look good - like the look of the horizontal stripes along the edge. We got one for the eco credentials and the (supposed) hardwearing-ness but we have got lots of dings from where our LO likes to sit on the bench (domes from her jeans) and banging cutlery etc on it. Although if you put some water on any major dings overnight they seem to puff up and disappear. Could prob do with a light sand and oil too. Maybe I'm just bitter as I originally wanted granite...
