how many home decorating programs do you think these people have watched (and how few gardening!) ?

Oh Jesus what went wrong

squeaver · 17/11/2008 17:54

What WOULD La Beeny say about that black and white wallpaper!?

sazzerbear · 17/11/2008 17:54

it's like 60 minute makeover on acid - truly heinous!

MostlyReindeer · 17/11/2008 17:55

Too many!

TsarChasm · 17/11/2008 17:55

Lol! Oh dear. Knowing mn though it'll belong to someone on here.

hippipotami · 17/11/2008 17:56

Oh my giddy aunt - all those patterns would make me feel ill...
Especially in that black and white room - jesus wept!!!

tomme · 17/11/2008 17:57

My current fave is the black /white room! But I have to admit to having a regular laugh look and changing my mind. It's been for sale for quite some time, cant imagine why!

At least its clean though and the bathroom is not bad at all! Kitchen units are actually quite nice - its just the red walls that are the prob!!

Shame though..all those hours of putting wallpaper up and people are just going to want to rip it down as soon as they move in!

Flightattendant4 · 17/11/2008 17:58

i love 'exceptional' in the blurb

yes, ahem,quite...

shootfromthehip · 17/11/2008 18:00

Wow- how many thousands of pounds did it cost for all that wallpaper? What a waste of time, energy and cash!

twinsetandpearls · 17/11/2008 18:00

sazzerbear that is what I thought.

Rindercella · 17/11/2008 18:01

OMFG!!!!

chequersandchess · 17/11/2008 18:01

£485k for a 4 bed in Swansea

CuddlyToy · 17/11/2008 18:01

Thanks for that.
I have put a lot of effort into making my house look good, okay so I still had some work to do on the garden when those pics were taken but my viewer love it now.

I'm hurt by your comments.

Countingthegreyhairs · 17/11/2008 18:02

snork .. I feel a migraine coming on ...

blametheparents · 17/11/2008 18:03

Right, I have that blue wallpaper that is in the bedroom (middle picture on bottom line) and it is lovely, we have it on one wall in the dining room.

The balck and white room is toooo much though!

LynetteScavo · 17/11/2008 18:03

I was thinking it was owned by 2 gay men, untill I saw the childs bedroom. (It still could be of course)

belcantwait · 17/11/2008 18:05

oh dear. the bedrooms are nice tho

twinsetandpearls · 17/11/2008 18:05

I am worried if my house, which is also on rightmove looks a bit like a 60second makeover as we have some feature wallpaper and the odd chandelier. You can;t really see them in the photso though.

I am not also asking an outrageous sum of money either.

tomme · 17/11/2008 18:06

candc you'd be shocked at the house prices in west Swansea there is a huge disparity between there and the rest of the area. Although I must admit to thinking this house is somewhat overpriced!

I used to hate the House Doctor but I do wonder what she'd think, she wouldn't be able to get the magnolia out fast enough!

ForeverOptimistic · 17/11/2008 18:06

erm... I actually really like it! Makes a change from the usual natural hessian. I think the owner must work in Laura Ashley and get a discount, nearly every room has something from LA.

goblinvalley · 17/11/2008 18:07

I know i'm going against the grain here, but - i think i luuurve the black and white

go on, shoot me

twinsetandpearls · 17/11/2008 18:07

lol our house that is on the market has a lot of natural hessian.

CuddlyToy · 17/11/2008 18:08

Oh well, you lot are far too savvy to be taken in. Must try harder
