Interior insulation for flat roof- uh?!

My poor little DS has to sleep in a room in the extension which is exposed on all three sides and has a flat roof. Needless to say, it loses heat pretty quickly! SO I called an insulation company and they sent a surveyor who said the cavity walls will already be insulate because it was built after 1990, so we must be losing heat through the roof.

He said a quick fix is to buy interior insulation tiles and stick them to the ceiling. He made it sound so easy! But I can't find interior insulation tiles ANYWHERE. Was he spinning me a yarn or am I missing a trick?

We already have a reflector behind the radiator, have had the windows insulated and have really thick curtains. Is there anything else we can do?

TIA!

insulation boards, I think you could get them at any builders yard, we used them in our garage, then plasterboarded over them.

Thanks moshie- the weird thing is he gave me the impression these could be stuck over insulation boards. He said they come in artex designs and everything! Don't know what he was going on about!
