What is a Park Home?

Searching for properties this morning and there is a v cheap place near my parents (about 100k cheaper than usual!) which is called a "park home"
It states "no children under 16" and I am a bit confused as to what it is!

Don't buy it. It is a static caravan but they rip people off buy selling on short leases and either forcing you to pay to renew the lease or insisting you put a new caravan on the site once the old one is dying.

I know this not because I am a caravan expert but because I heard an expose on Radio 4.

Used to be called mobile home sites now called park home sites as the homes are not mobile in the caravan style sense. They are usually on a park homes site and geared towards older couples mainly often retired. www.britanniaparks.com/ if you want to see the sort of thing

Not looking to buy it, was just curious.
It does list rent of 100 p/m. Never seen this advertised before.
I thought you could only live on a static caravan site for so many months of the year?
