Does anyone live in Cuffley/Goffs Oak/Broxbourne? What's it like?

Drove through Northaw village at the weekend and it looked lovely but way too expensive for us. Having done a quick search on Rightmove it seems like Cuffley/Goffs Oak/Broxbourne are cheaper but just wondered what they are like to live in, how are the primary schools etc?

We're in Enfield at the moment so vaguely know the area but haven't explored in much detail, apart from Broxbourne Woods...

used to live fairly near Cuffley and the primary school had a good reputation. Lots of huge houses but some cheaper stuff.

Just wanted to second that - Cuffley school has brilliant reputation. Greta active PTA, Hope to get my children in there soon.

Not sure Cuffley is cheaper then Northaw unless you want one of the bungalows of which there are lots. Goffs Oak will be - newer more modern houses. Broxbourne the same but much further out.

brox primary cofe - v. good though and hoddesdon schools v good too.
we're in broxbourne and love it! in lea valley park but less than 30 mins from liverpool st.

I know these posts were made a long time ago but I was hoping you might be able to help me?
I am looking to move to Goffs Oak / Cuffley and my lo is due to start school next year so will be applying for primary schools. I have heard great things about Cuffley school but can anyone tell me about the other primary schools in the area and what they are like?

Cuffley is very expensive and very affluent. Goffs oak is similar but a bit more reasonable. Past Goffs oak gets cheaper as in Cheshunt. Rule of thumb cuffley brookmans park northaw and Goffs oak are all premium to surrounding areas as bigger houses and more green belt. You'll find the villagers can tend to be elderly or wealthy younger families.
