Can anyone tell me more about areas of Tamworth please

I am looking for a housing swap and am possibly considerting adding Tamworth to the list of areas I might consider but I don't know much about it.

Have had a quick look at priomary schools in the area and there seems to be a few good ones, but the same doesn't seem to be for the secondary schools. Which secondary is considered the best in Tamworth ??

The main area in Tamworth that i'd possibly be looking at is Wilnecote if anyone knows it.

Nutty, is lichfield a possibility? Much closer to sutton, nice town, good schools.

Sutton - is that Sutton Coldfield? Stay there - the schools are good - tired emma put it very eloquently(!) and I would agree with her opinion.

Yep it is Sutton Coldfield.

Given the choise I would stay in Sutton and don't have to move at all, however, having xp living on my doorstep is doing my head in, I just hate it, and would like a fresh start.

ILichfield would be my 2nd choice but i'm not having any luck with swaps either here or in Lichfield.

Have dsicounted Tamworth now as I'm not prepared to accept a secondary school thats not as god as the one dd1 will go to if we stay here.
