Bathroom - Lino?

We recently out in a lovely new all-white bathroom, but are already fed up with the white tiled floor, complete with white grouting, that within months looks filthy and is just a complete nightmare to look after.

Have decided to scrap it in favour of something easy to clean. I'm thinking about going for the black and white 'chequerboard'-look lino. Anyone got any advice on where to get it from? Costs? How hard wearing it is? Anything else I should know? Also,m what the hell is marmoleum?

Thanks!

Marmoleum is a brand name for lino.
Its about £28 a square metre or so. we had black and ivory marmoleum tiles in a previous bathroom and I really liked it, though the black does show the dirt.
In our bathrooms since then I have used mottled cream/beige which I found easier to keep clean.

Our white tiles in the bathroom have dark grey grout and eight years down the line still lokks great.
